Our manual uncapping knife has a stepped wooden handle, one side of the stainless steel blade has a plain edge & the other edge is serrated.
Blade length is 280mm.

For best results pour boiling water into a stainless steel lined thermos and place uncapping knife in the water to heat prior to using to uncap honey frames. Repeat this process as often as necessary.
